Scrum and Git training
SERU ran hands-on training for software teams in 2019. On 17 April, Thanwadee Sunetnanta led a LEGO Scrum session for the Information Systems (IS) team of the Faculty of ICT, which wanted to move its software development to Scrum. With LEGO blocks as a metaphor for building software, the team built a city to the customer's requirements over several rounds of Scrum meetings and sprints. In May, the faculty chose Thanwadee to lead the training on agile software development best practices in its new professional program, Retraining and Coaching ICT Professionals. On 14 June, Morakot Choetkiertikul and Chaiyong Ragkhitwetsagul gave the IS team a workshop on managing software projects with Git and collaborating through GitHub.
Each member of the IS team took home a GitHub Octocat sticker and a Git cheat sheet after the workshop.
